About TCI

The TCI Group was established in Southern Africa in 1982 with the objective of investing in, developing and managing commercial property interests and financial services interests in Southern Africa. The group has three main operating divisions:

TCI Projects
TCI Capital

The TCI group specialises in the financing and development of capital projects. The group takes equity in selected development projects which are held within a long term investment portfolio.

Product categories include:

Commercial property developments (shopping centres, offices, hotels, convention centres, private hospitals).
Light industrial (warehousing facilities, light manufacturing).
Heavy industrial (process plant) and mining projects.
Residential developments (group housing, retirement villages, sectional title schemes).
Project finance (including infrastructural projects – roads, pipelines, airports, port facilities, water treatment works)
